The Sacred Valley full-day tour will allow you to spend a beautiful full day exploring the surroundings of Pisaq, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, and Chinchero. This tour takes you from the highlands to the Sacred Valley’s fertile lands, one of the Incan empire’s most important farming centers. Cusco – Awanacancha – Pisaq – Ollantaytambo – Chinchero – Cusco You will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 am and drive across Cusco’s mountains to the Sacred Valley. On the way, you will stop at Awanacancha, a farm for llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, and guanacos. Continue to Mirador of Taray, a lookout point with spectacular views of the Sacred Valley. The next stop will Pisaq archeological site, an ancient Inca settlement built on top of the mountain. You will see impressive agricultural terraces, tombs, palaces, houses surrounded by enormous walls. After exploring, You will drive to Pisaq town to visit the handicraft market, which is very famous because the local artisans produce their products and sell them directly to tourists. Visit the well-protected Inca fortress built to protect the Incas from possible invasion. Ollantaytambo is the entrance to Machu Picchu. The last stop is at Chinchero, a royal stated on the 10th Inca King, Tupac Inca Yupanqui. Explore the well-preserved Inca Construction, the colonial church built over the Inca Palaces, and visit the textile market famous for the handmade textiles and ancient weavings using natural colors. Drop off at your hotel around 6.00 pm. Awanakancha (Lama and Alpaca farm). The first stop is just 30 minutes outside of Cusco.
